Harold “Harry” Lime, as portrayed by the late Orson Welles, is the main antagonist of the 1949 British film noir The Third Man. He is an arms dealer who diluted penicillin and faked his own death, kicking off the plot of the film.

In the novella, Harry's power over people has a more malevolent aspect: "A racket works very like a totalitarian party", Calloway says; and this racket's führer is Harry Lime.
