Ged, is the true name of a fictional character in Ursula K. Le Guin's Earthsea realm. He is a powerful mage and dragonlord. He has scars on left cheek and shoulder and red-brown skin. His use-name is Sparrowhawk or Hawk from his like of calling hawks to him as a young man.
