Fuuko Izumo "Unluck"

Fuuko is the female protagonist of Undead Unluck. She is member no. 10 of the Union and has the titular negator ability Unluck - which allows her to negate the luck of anyone who touches her bare skin, unleashing great misfortune upon them.
