Frank Bauggs

Frank Bauggs was a hitman for Jack Romero and Tony Romero and was extremley skilled at it and had earned a reputation throughout Los Angeles for the way he killed his targets. He became a target of the Fake Nathan White as he tried to take down all rival drug operations in Los Angeles using Paul Kersey under the false impression that he was trying to get revenge against the drug lords. Frank was on the way to the opera with his girlfriend while Paul snuck into his house to plant a phone bug so he could listen in on his conversations. Frank was in the limo when he remembered he forgot the tickets and went back upstairs to get them. Paul was still in his apartment when Frank came back in. As Frank looked for the tickets Paul hid in the kitchen. Frank noticed that some things were out of place in his apartment and he began to look for the intruder. As he went into the kitchen he knew someone was in there and he ordered them to come out. Paul emerged from behind the refrigerator and a struggle between them soon started. After the fight Frank was about to overpower Paul but Paul grabbed Frank and threw him out of the window causing him to fall and land on the limo that he was going to the opera in. This caused his girlfriend to scream and have to be comforted by Joe who was the limo driver. Phil Nozaki and Det. Reiner were at the scene and while Det. Reiner didn't know who was responsible, Phil Nozaki knew it was Paul and told it to Ed Zacharias, who ordered him to kill Paul, although Phil Nozaki ended up getting killed himself by Paul. Frank Bauggs, despite his violent reputation, was an opera singer noted for his baritone voice.
