Flex Mentallo (Devan Long)

Flex Mentallo, also known as the Hero of the Beach and the Man of Muscle Mystery, is a metahuman with the power to manipulate reality by flexing his muscles. He was kidnapped by the Bureau of Normalcy and managed to escape with the help of the Doom Patrol.
