Flair Rall

Flair Rall is introduced in Ys II as a doctor from Lance Village. Despite appearances, Dr. Flair Rall is a man of action who is willing to venture outside his village to offer medical treatment, regardless of the risks. After the events of Ys II he accompanies Adol and Dogi on their journey through Obelia Bay and Celceta in search of Celceta Flowers, which are said to cure terminal illnesses.
