Fiona Montero is a character in the video game Army of Two: The Devil's Cartel.
First encountered by T.W.O. operatives Salem, Rios, Alpha, and Bravo during an abortive mission to rescue hostages held by the La Guadana cartel in Mexico, Fiona is the daughter of a Dallas oil magnate who had ties to the Mexican underworld - ties he tried to sever. As a result, Fiona's family was slaughtered to set an example, and she was kidnapped and sold into sexual slavery. When Rios and his T.W.O. team rescued her (at the cost of Salem's life), she came to rely on his resources. She received a scholarship and would later be trained as a mercenary by Rios himself.
Five years later Fiona is encountered again as a commando coming to the aid of Alpha and Bravo when they came under attack by the cartel at one of their compounds. Fiona brings Alpha and Bravo back to her safe house and agrees to help the T.W.O. locate Mayor Cordova. She has spent the five years since her rescue preparing to avenge her family by killing cartel leader Esteban Bautista. She is driven; all of her actions are meant to take her closer to that goal, and she has yet to be dissuaded from her path.
She is voiced by Emily Rios.
