Felix Carlucci

Felix Carlucci is the deuteragonist and a survivor of the outbreak in AMC's The Walking Dead: World Beyond. He was the head of security and a survival instructor for the Campus Colony of Omaha, one of three cities part of the Alliance of the Three.
