Captain of Arria Federation Army's special forces, the S.S.S. His real name is Fabian Fatman. The son of the wealthy Fatman family, he hates his name and his genes and calls himself Fastman instead. A hard worker that hates to lose, he is often misunderstood due to his rough speech.
