Evil Ghost

He appeared in "Halloween". He was accidentally released by Mandy, who was trying to summon a spirit to unleash on Clover, Alexandra, and Samantha. He turned her into his queen as reward for releasing him. He is one of the few villains to die. Is one of the only supernatural villains.
