Eugene

Eugene is the boss of Chapter 4. He uses two knifes as his weapon of choice.
Eugene appears in Raven's past and Gina's past as well as the intro. He also appears in the intro of Chapter 4 where he converse with Zanetti (who calls him Eugenio). Once the protagonist finds him, the fight begins. While he lies dying, he tells the truth that Zanetti is behind the betrayal. As Gina, she shoots Eugene, killing him.

Little Known Fact: He was a rival of Gregorio.
