Emma Carstairs

Emma lost her parents five years after the end of the Mortal Instruments series, probably when she was 11/12. Being exposed to violence at a young age has caused Emma to dedicate her life to ridding the world of demons and striving to become the best, fastest, and deadliest Shadowhunter since Jace Herondale. She was raised in the Los Angeles Institute and is determined to figure out who killed her parents. Emma has golden-blonde hair. She works extraordinarily hard at her training. Her main love interest is her Parabatai, Julian Blackthorn, whom she is forbidden by law to have any kind of romantic relationship with.
