Eli "Weevil" Navarro

Eli (Elías) "Weevil" Navarro is a fictional character on the UPN/The CW television series Veronica Mars, which debuted during the fall 2004 season on UPN. Portrayed by Francis Capra, Weevil was the head of the local PCH biker gang and ally of the show's title character.
