Dr. Weil

Dr. Weil, known as Dr. Vile (Dr. バイル Dokutā Bairu) in Japan, and addressed by his subjects as Lord Weil, is the main antagonist of the Mega Man Zero series. He is a brilliant but cruel scientist who seeks total dominion over humans and Reploids alike. While he does not appear in-person until Mega Man Zero 3, his schemes during the Elf Wars had repercussions that lasted for the entire era. Dr. Weil's evil influence lingers in the Mega Man ZX series as the Biometal Model W, which fuels the major conflicts of the series.
