Conon

Conon is a minor antagonist from Suikoden Tierkreis. He is an Archivist of the The Order and is partnered with Fergus. Not much is known about Conon, except that he is very serious about aquiring the Chronicles, like his partner.

Halfway through the game, the Cerulean Flux was embedded in his body by Valfred, transforming him into a giant water dragon. He attacks The Company along with the other Archivists, but is defeated by the Porpos-kin. After his defeat, Conon disintegrated, and the Cerulean Flux was left in his place.
