Colonel John Good, also known by the nickname “Fiddler,” is a major character in the 2026 Western action-drama film The Isolate Thief, directed by John Suits and written by Kevin Lefler. The character is portrayed by Sean Bean.

John Good is a Union Army cavalry officer and the leader of a group of soldiers who arrive at the remote outpost where Ada Horn is living. He introduces himself as “Colonel John Good, Cavalry Company G, Camp Watson.”

Although Good presents himself as a Union officer and initially speaks courteously to Ada, his group is searching for stolen gold and becomes increasingly threatening.
