Cody Twain

Cody Twain grew up in Louisiana along with his brother Cleavon. Despite his brother's admiration, Cody didn't particularly like Cleavon and even killed his dog in front of him when the animal bit him. This incident led to a falling out between both of them and Cleavon left Louisiana. Not much is known about Cody until the day Cleavon's friend and teammate Eric O'Grady
(Ant-Man) came to Louisiana to pay his respects and tell Cody about Cleavon's other identity as Headsman and their time in the Thunderbolts together before he died. Eric told Cody that Cleavon died a hero and then gave him the Headsman equipment and axe encouraging him to use it wisely by becoming a hero.
