Cleon XIII is the thirteenth Emperor of the Genetic Dynasty. He was a young child, known as Brother Dawn, the most junior of the three Emperors, at the time of Hari Seldon's arrest and the subsequent founding of the Foundation. When the time came for the Emperors to ascend, Cleon XIII took the middle throne and became Brother Day.
