Caroline Floyd, codenamed "Willow", was an agent for the Spec Ops Echo Six unit deployed to investigate the Raccoon City outbreak and rescue survivors. Caroline was highly skilled in knife combat, a valuable asset against the T-Virus creatures encountered during the mission.
