Captain Whisker

Captain Whisker is the primary antagonist of Sonic Rush Adventure. He is a villainous robotic pirate who is somewhat hard to detest due to his clownish nature. His purpose was to find and obtain the Jeweled Scepter, but he was defeated by Sonic the Hedgehog and his allies.
