The captain of the water taxi is a character in Pokémon: Black & White. The captain of the water taxi is Sallie's father. Sallie helped him in preparing the tours for the travelers using the water taxi, which got the attention of a Gothitelle. After the Skyarrow Bridge was built, the captain and Sallie had to move away, since they had no work there anymore. While Gothitelle, who befriended Sallie on their water taxi trips, joined them, Sallie had to go to colleague and left Gothitelle to be taken care of by her father, though Gothitelle went missing one day.
