Cadillac is a "fly gangster", prince of the disco world, and son of Fat Annie, a drug Queenpin and owner of the most notorious after-hours night spot in the Bronx, Les Inferno.

When not hitting the dance floor and strutting his latest disco moves, Cadillac fancies himself the rightful heir of Annie’s criminal organization. His love of the music, his sheltered upbringing, and his insecurity combined, make him a largely ineffectual, though dangerously unpredictable, local dancing gangster.
He is not a fan of his mother's lover Shaolin Fantastic and refers to him as Shaolin Fan-Faggot. Cadillac is also infatuated with Zeke's girlfriend Mylene.
