Bruno Carrelli is a former student at Coles Academic High School and one of Kamala Khan's best friends. He was among the first to know about Khan's powers and helped her understand and master them. Encouraged by his teacher to attend classes at Caltech, Carrelli decided to leave Jersey City for California, but not before helping Khan deal with the Clandestines, even if it meant assisting Kamran when the latter got chased by the DODC.
