Boyd Fowler

Boyd Fowler was a character in DEXTER that worked for the Department of Sanitation as a Dead Animal Pickup officer.

He was also a member of the Barrel Girl Gang, a collective of serial rapist/murderers led by Jordan Chase. It is Fowler's responsibility within the group to kill and dispose of the women who have been 'used up.'
