Borden

Borden is the Tenmou Star in Genso Suikoden: The Woven Web of a Century. Borden is the village chief of Orosk, and he’s skilled in Kenpo. He’s very energetic, and takes the initiative because he dislikes leaving everything to other people. But this doesn’t mean that he acts before he thinks. He have earned respect from the villagers, as a result of his initiative and planning.

It's later revealed that he learned martial arts under Telbe Village's Chief, Hagall.
