Boomer is a comic relief woodpecker character from the film "Fox and the Hound. He and his partner Dinky are obsessively chasing Squeeks, a caterpillar, and keep failing in the task. Boomer is the most energetic of the duo but his enthusiasm lands him in trouble more often than not.
