Villain from Batman: Blind Justice that pre-dates Bane. His true identity is Kenneth Harbinger, a elderly wheelchair-bound scientist at WayneTech. Harbinger possesses the bodies of test subjects with "Bio-chip" implants. He commits crimes with these men's augmented bodies under the alias Bonecrusher and has them commit suicide when each job is done.
