A member of the Jaegars. He was formerly a member of the Incineration Squad. His Teigu is the flamethrower type Rubicante. Despite his looks he is married to an attractive woman and has a child. He always wears a mask and tries to hide his face. Yet, Esdeath forcefully removes his mask at one point and claims there is nothing wrong with his face.

In Chapter 32, Bols detonates his Rubicante and uses the explosion to get away from Akame and Leone. He is then ambushed and killed by Chelsea, who used her Gaea Foundation to disguise herself as a child.
