Ayane Yagi (八木綾音, Yagi Ayane) was a minor character in Battle Royale II: Requiem. Ayane was female student #19 from Class 3B of Shikanotoride Junior High School. She was assigned by the school to pair up with male student #19 Tatsuro Morishima. Born locally in the town, Ayane was sexually harassed by her teacher in elementary school, causing her to boycott school ever since. In junior high school, she joined the basketball society, and was a part of the local group with Kana Yuki and Eri Yoshiyama. Also, she has grown a fond of her partner Tatsuro, whom she has expressed her feelings to for several times, but he rejected her as he had no interest in girls.
