Andy "Undead"

Andy is member no. 9 of the Round Table. He is a Negator with the alias Undead. He used to always look for new methods of death before his meeting with Fuuko, who he cares for and will go to great lengths to protect her. Due to his quick wit, he's able to figure out the powers and rules of other Negators and UMAs with little trouble and time.
