Amaya Jiwe, also known as Vixen, is a major character from the TV series Legends of Tomorrow. She hails from the African village of Zambesi who inherited a magical amulet, and became the guardian of the village. She was eventually recruited into the Justice Society of America, and from there joined the Legends of Tomorrow. Amaya is the grandmother of Mari McCabe, the current Vixen.
