Albedo (pronounced "al-bee-do" in Alien Force and Ultimate Alien and "al-bay-do" in Omniverse) is a recurring villain in the franchise as well as a secondary villain in Alien Force.
He is Azmuth's former assistant, who, in his attempt to recreate the Omnitrix, turned himself into an imperfect clone of Ben Tennyson. Since then, he has been trying to get back to his Galvan form, while also harboring a great hatred and thirst for revenge for Ben Tennyson.
