Agent Wyoming

Wyoming is a character in Red vs. Blue. A former member of the Special Operations program Project Freelancer, he is a bounty hunter with a British accent who serves as the secondary antagonist of the Blood Gulch Chronicles and the main antagonist of the Out of Mind miniseries.

He is voiced by Matt Hullum.
