Description: Chalene Johnson is a physical fitness expert, choreographer, author, and entrepreneur. Starting at age three, she began studying dance and martial arts, and as a child, followed her mother to Jazzercise classes. Seeing that they were all about music and dancing and just a lot of fun, she continued training in tae kwon do, dance, and aerobics while a student at Michigan State University.
