Cécile de Ménibus quit her first-year studies and began working. In 1987, she was a standardist in a modeling production company and from 1988 to 1990 she was press officer and freelancer for sports magazines such as Auto Plus2. She became interested in motorsports and became a photographer on Formula 1 racing (she met Ayrton Senna)1. race. In 1996, she was present at the Belgian Touring Car Championship (Procar), driving a Peugeot 106 Trophy, and suffered a serious accident at Spa-Francorchamps. She then returned to France to race in the Saxo Cup1.
She became voltage's communications director alongside Gérard Louvin in 1997, and was in charge of public relations for the advertising agency BDDP.
Subsequently, she held this position in the Promotion and Partnerships Department of the FM division of the Lagardère Group, for Europe 2 and RFM in 20003,2. From 2001, she co-hosted with Cauet on 6-10 Europe 2, then the television show La Method Cauet, on TF1 from 2003 to 2008. In 2008, she became artistic director of Be Aware Productions, the production company of Cauet5.
She presents a new magazine from July 31, 2008 on TF1: We're Told6.

Between September 2009 and July 2012, she is part of the Morandini! team, a program presented by Jean-Marc Morandini from Monday to Friday on Direct 87.
In 2010, she presented her own show on Direct 8: 100% Immersion.
Cécile de Ménibus conducts numerous television surveys on behalf of Direct 8 in 100% immersion as a report on the
RAID.
In 2010, she became Sébastien Cauet's production assistant for the show 'A va'Cauet'

During the summer of 2012, she co-hosted every morning on RTL the show Stéphane Plaza vous Z between 9:15 and 11:00 with Stéphane Plaza8.

In November 2012, she was announced in a series that began filming for NRJ12.
