Description: Carla Dawn Qualtrough PC MP (/ˈkwɒltroʊ/; born October 15, 1971) is a Canadian politician and former Paralympic athlete who was elected as a Member of Parliament in the House of Commons of Canada to represent the federal electoral district of Delta during the 2015 federal election. Qualtrough is now the Minister of Employment, Workforce Development and Disability Inclusion. Previously she had a role as Minister of Public Services and Procurement which was a position briefly renamed as the Minister of Public Services and Procurement and Accessibility.
