Bryan Sykes

Bryan Sykes is a professor of Human Genetics at Oxford University since 1997. He is a fellow of Wolfson College. He discovered how to extract DNA from human fossils and has explored aspects of human evolution using mitochondrial DNA and the Y-chromosome. His books, while dealing with very complex scientific concepts, are written with the general reader in mind.
