Brontosaři was a folk and tramp band founded in 1972 by brothers Jan and František Nedvěd. It was formed by renaming the original music band Toronto, which was formed in the tramp settlement of the same name on the Sázava River in Lukach pod Medníkem. Thanks to the very significant creative abilities of both Nedvěd brothers, the band soon began to gain success, especially at the Porta festival. Some members of the band were (for a time at the same time) members of another music band, Spirituál kvintet. The band finally disbanded in 1991.
