This was a very nice book, I particularly enjoyed the memories. While Jonas and The Giver are having their 'training sessions', everyone else goes about their average, boring lives. (Personally, I'd despise living like that.) The ending, I thought, was a bit cliffy (cliffhanger-like), and the very end of the book dissapointed me.
