Barrett takes as back unapologetically to the gruesome inner Sydney of the 80s once again in what I would say is a ozploitation comedy style thing without the comedy, just a shitload of graphic violence. The historical references are pretty accuarate as is usually the case. He has a strong feel for the time and era.
