An American country and pop music singer, songwriter, and guitarist. She grew up and began her singing career in Baltimore, working her way up from local venues onto the national nightclub circuit.
Martin began recording in 1960 on small NYC record label Maypole. In 1961 she came to the attention of Coral Records and was signed to that label. She had 2 hit singles: 'Don’t Forget I Still Love You' in 1964 (her only hit on Coral) and 'For The Love Of Him' in 1970 on United Artists.
