LoginRain (Nazar Bilyk, 2010)
The sculpture stands 6 feet tall and is crafted from bronze and glass. It features a lone male figure looking straight up into the sky with a massive, perfectly balanced glass raindrop resting on his face.
The artist designed the piece to convey several overlapping layers of meaning:
• Inner Dialogue: It represents a man in a state of deep reflection, questioning his presence and searching for answers and purpose in the universe.
• Connection to Nature: The raindrop serves as a symbol of communication between humanity and the natural environment. The porous, rough texture of the bronze figure mimics dry land that eagerly absorbs incoming water.
• Scale of Existence: By making the raindrop oversized, the artist intentionally flips our regular perspective—comparing man to a tiny insect to highlight how small we are in the grand scheme of nature.

The physical masterpiece belongs to a limited series of ten copies. Its most famous public installation can be seen in Kyiv, Ukraine, situated along the popular Peysazhna Alley (Landscape Alley).
