Description:
Child actress Ann E. Todd built up an impressive filmography throughout the 40s and later left show business to pursue her interest in classical music, earning a degree, teaching music history at Berkelely, and later owned a music publishing company. Adopted by her maternal grandparents, she was pushed into acting as a child but never had any great ambitions to be a performer. Nevertheless, she was natural onscreen and very appealing as a child and later as a young adult actress. Her marriage to Robert Bashart lasted 38 years and produced two children. Now retired, Ann enjoys her life as a grandmother and great-grandmother.
