Description: Alex Murphy, who was born in Boston in the States, is an American professional skater who was a late addition to the Dancing On Ice line-up in 2018. She started skating at a young age and at 14, she became a USFSA double gold medalist. Alex Murphy became a professional skater and has appeared in numerous shows and was a soloist on Nancy Kerrigan's Halloween On Ice. She was a principal soloist on board Royal Caribbean Cruise ships, but, in 2012, she suffered a stroke on a cruise near the Canaries.
