He made his television acting debut with a daily soap opera Na Aana Is Des Laado, which focussed on female infanticide and the confining rules of male-dominated society. Redij played Raghav in the show. He also acted in some movies in different Indian languages, including Zabardast (Marathi) and Jalsa (Telugu). He starred in another lead role in NDTV Imagine's show Sawaare Sabke Sapne Preeto as Rajbeer Singh. Currently, he is seen as lead Prithvi in Junoon - Aisi Nafrat Toh Kaisa Ishq on Life OK.
