The girls released their first single last June 15, 2009 and made their first debut stage last June 18, 2009 on M.net M! Countdown.4Minute released one Korean full-length album, three Korean mini-albums, one Japanese full album, six Japanese mini-albums and various singles. The group debuted in June 2009 with their first single, Hot Issue. They released their first Japanese album, Diamond in December 2010. And they released their very first Korean full length album, 4MINUTES LEFT in 2011.
The group received the Bonsang Award at the 20th Seoul Music Awards on January 20, 2011. And on February 6, 2011, the group attended the 2010 Billboard Japan Music Awards wherein they received the "Kpop New Artist Award".
For Muzik is the first mini-album by South Korean girl group 4minute. It features their debut single "Hot Issue". The title track "Muzik" was used to promote the mini-album, as well as "What a Girl Wants" later that year.
After the release of their debut single, "Hot Issue", the group started recording their first album. The album was released digitally on August 28, 2009. The album became very successful, peaking within the top five of many online charts.
Hit Your Heart is the second mini-album by South Korean girl group, 4minute. The mini-album was released on May 19, 2010, and contains seven tracks. "HuH" was being used as the promotional song for the mini-album. The song debuted at number 5 on South Korea's Gaon Singles Chart and later peaked at number 3 for two weeks. The mini-album debuted at number 3 on the Gaon Album Chart on May 30. Promotions for the mini-album in South Korea continued with "I My Me Mine", which later received a single release in Japan.
4minutes Left is the first full length Korean album from 4minute. It was released in Korea on April 5, 2011. It contains songs from the EP Heart to Heart and songs from 4minute's first Japanese album Diamond. It also has a Korean rendition of "First", a new edition of the song "Hide & Seek" and 2 new songs: "Mirror Mirror" and "Badly".
On March 24 the first solo teaser of Hyuna was released followed the next day on March 25 by Ji Yoon. The solo teaser for Ji Hyun was released on March 26, for Ga Yoon on March 27 and for So Hyun on March 28.
The Music Video for "Mirror Mirror" was released on April 5, 2011.
Volume Up is an EP by South Korean girl group 4minute. It features the title track of the same name, "Volume Up". The EP was released on April 9.
4Minute had originally scheduled a comeback for February; however, their return was pushed back several times. Their mini-album was finally released on April 8th. The first teaser image was released on April 3rd, along with the EP's title and tracklist. Another teaser image was released on April 4th. Two music video teasers was released on April 6th and 7th.
On April 8th, 2012, the girls officially revealed their mini-album, and on the same day, the title song's music video premiered. ... (more)
