Brad played drums on the album. "Kryptonite", "Loser", and "Be Like That" all reached the Billboard Hot 100 charts, peaking at #3, #55, and #24, respectively. The Better Life sold 6 million copies worldwide.

Away from the Sun is the second studio album by 3 Doors Down, released on November 12, 2002. The singles released for the album were as follows: "When I'm Gone", "The Road I'm On", "Here Without You", and "Away from the Sun". Rush guitarist Alex Lifeson produced three songs for the record: "Dangerous Game," "Dead Love," and "Wasted Me." Lifeson also performed on one of the tracks as well as performing live with the band during their premiere party in Biloxi for Away from the Sun. The album has sold 4 million copies worldwide, including well over 3 million in the U.S. alone.

Seventeen Days is the third studio album by American rock group 3 Doors Down, released on February 8, 2005, five years to the day that 3 Doors Down released their debut album, The Better Life.
