Is there any way to do so? Will there be in the future?

Do you mean search for items in a list? If you mean search for lists then you can already this my selecting lists from the dropdown on the top right.

Searching Lists without any criteria appears blank. Shouldn't there be the most recently created lists when you do that?

There should be a better error message at least, I will change that

I know that searching images would be problematic considering users rarely enter a title - let alone a description - for their image uploads.

But what about searching for videos? Usually the Youtube uploader puts in some information and a title. Sometimes people upload cool videos to their profile that you wouldn't catch on item pages.
