Following lists and other content

I think it'd be neat if one could follow a list or review so that he or she receives a notification or an update in the personal feed whenever someone comments on it or possibly whenever new items are added. (I know, I know - a lot of "or"s for one sentence. inb4 another "or".)

Sometimes I lose track of lists I've made response-inciting comments on and ones I have shared control of with other members.

Yes. I think a list subscription feature would be a good improvement.
