Younger Users aside, why is groups so quiet?!

Obviously I know why the younger users no longer post, I and some others hounded them out! But there used to be a hive of conversation on here and now it seems a bit dead. If you feel you'll have your head bitten off if you post etc, then I would like to say don't worry about it! Unless your about to post absolute rubbish whats there to be scared of?

The only times people are getting trounced on here are when they are 14 year old retards, and then its not always happening, only when they post something banal and outrageous which needs shooting down. Some people seem to love leaping to the defense of every irritating user on here, but surely if we had some adult conversation going that would be far better? I'm no ogre, despite what it may seem, but because of the way I've acted out at irritating users I seem to have alienated myself.

This thread is my way of trying to inject some life back into the place, but no doubt it will fall into disarray or receive no response!

Of course it isn't the primary function of Listal, but it is nice to have actual discussion going on about media. If like minded people are using the site, what better people to converse with? It used to be reasonably active at one stage, like when you did your top movies list, that got the site going! I'm not looking for a social networking site, in fact I think I am quite clear in my anti kids approach hehe. Just wondering if there is any reason, which you have covered really I guess.

Hahaha we Brits do Jive often. But at the top it says "Groups" which is what I was referring to. I did put "The Groups" but thought it sounded to old fashioned like "He's got the Aids!" hehe.

Actualy i did like the aniem section back then though i was known as Koji. I came here orriginally for the anime section and fought to keep it up. i eventualy grew out of it and learned that wa a battle we couldn't win. We still can't win it and we never will. Accept that fact and then they won't pick on you. I moved on from the anime section and now talk to most of the other members on here. i also have now actualy rated a few items and i'm rebuilding my collection.

Can one of the Mods get rid of D.J.J and Michigo. I started this thread to try and draw out the REAL users, the ones people LIKE talking to. It makes me so disappointed when I begin a thread, and twunts like this pair come in and start off on one. No one cares about anime, FOR FUCK SAKE! It wasn't a thread asking to dredge up the past. Move on, Anime is not welcome.

Also D.J.J Prelude has a point the constant threads about killing thy self did get anoying. and i don't mean it was you. Also the reason why i did like the anime threads wass it was a place for me to build up my writing style. And your grammer is killing me. Please fix it.

I'm all for healthy actions from THE GROUPS but if this is the banter we're to be subject to than count me out.

And I don't know about you Brits but over here in the lovely US of A (mostly) everyone is enjoying summer break and may or may not be able to come online all the time to enjoy sites like Listal.
